Anthony J Aman Profile Photo

Anthony Joshua (AJ) Aman, 34 of Akron, went home to be with his heavenly father on September 29th, 2025.

He was a Mechanical Technician for The City of Akron and veteran of The Ohio National Guard.

He is survived by his Fiancé, Meghan Cunningham, and daughter, Rachel; parents, Anthony and Margaret Aman; sister, LoriAnne (Levi) Kyler; brother, Nathan Howarth; nephews, Aidan and Benjamin Howarth; godson, Ryder Mast; grandmothers, Carolyn Duvall and Barbara Aman; aunts, Andrea Aman, Burnadette (Bradley) Martin and Paula Gee; uncle, Christopher Globis; and many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Preceded in death by his grandparents, Dennis Aman, Marcel Duvall, Casimir & Anne Globis.

He was cherished by many and loved by all who knew him. He was selfless and generous with his time, always wanting to help others and bring a smile to their faces. He (and his hugs) will be sorely missed but never forgotten.

It is he and his family’s hope that all who read this would come to know Jesus as their Lord & Savior in preparation to be reunited with AJ someday.
