David W. Hornbeck, 45, of Akron passed away July 14, 2014.
Preceded in death by his father, Paul W. Hornbeck, he is survived by his mother, Betty J. Hornbeck;
wife, Tanya; daughter, Haley and sons, David Jr. and Sy'm; brothers, Andy, Shawn and Tim;
sister-in-law, Tawn; nieces and nephews, Krystal, Desiree, Alyssa, Timmy, Triston, Taylor, Madison,
Tyler, Andrew and Brice. He will also be missed by great niece and nephew Alexis and Bubby; eight
aunts and six uncles; numerous cousin and many friends.
Friends may call from 1-3 and 5-9 pm TODAY at the Schlup Pucak Funeral Home, 788 Kenmore Blvd, Akron, where Funeral Services will be held 11 am Friday, July 18, 2014 with Rev. Davis officiating. Burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
