Destiny R Fanizzi

Destiny "Baby Gangsta" Fanizzi, 22 was born April 10, 2003 and passed away peacefully at home with her dog, Jaxon by her side. Destiny was a loving mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister and friend whose determination, wit, and her charisma touched everyone she ever met. She made sure to make everyone feel loved and never left out through her humor and benevolence.

She was preceded in death by her best friends Will and Bub. Des is survived by her loving son, Kayson William Fanizzi; her cherished mother, Jenn Fanizzi; Frank Boychi; her father, Jeremy O'Meara; siblings, Chasity Brook O'Meara, Katelyn (Courtney) Boychi, Tristin (Kyra) Boychi and Michael Boychi; grandmother, Nancy Fanizzi and best friend Sam Pearson.

Des loved many things and had just recently opened her heart to God. She loved to create, whether it was art, makeup or her outfits each day. She will be remembered for her huge loving heart, always being quick to throw a joke being the first one ready to go no matter the circumstances and the love she shared for her many friends and family. Her life was a blessing, her memory is a treasure. She is loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.

Friends may call from 3-5 p.m. Saturday February 7, 2026 at the Schlup-Pucak & Wilson Funeral Home, 788 Kenmore Blvd, Akron. A Memorial Service will be held 5 p.m. at the Funeral Home with Pastor Dwayne Ray officiating.
