Michael P Megyes

Michael P. "Grub" Megyes, 71, of Louisville went home to be with the Lord, September 2, 2021. He was born in Akron, Ohio on August 28, 1950 to the late Joseph "Hefty" and Helen (nee Griffin) Megyes.

He attended Kenmore High School and was a veteran of the United States Army. Michael enjoyed his Chicken-Pot-Pie, playing cards and giving everyone a hard time to the point where you didn't know if he was serious or not.

Preceded in death by his parents; brother, Joseph and sister, Helen "sis" Megyes. He is survived by his sons, Joseph (Tiffany) and Michael Jr.; brother, Jon (Shana); sister, Linda McLaughlin; grandchildren, Grace, Amber and Jacob; best friend/partner, Debby Megyes and several nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place and inurnment will take place at a later date at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
