Nancy L Winstead

Nancy L. Winstead,72, of Tallmadge passed away peacefully on June 1, 2026. She was born on November 10, 1953, in Barberton, Ohio, to the late Albert and Betty (nee Clark) Moses. 

Nancy was known for her simple pleasures and deep affections. She found joy in shopping and treasured her quiet moments spent watching the Lifetime Movie Network. Most profoundly, her beloved dog Charlotte held a special place in her heart and was her constant companion and source of comfort.

Family was at the core of Nancy’s life. She especially valued the time spent with her daughters, Carla (Chris) Sunyak and Casey (Donald) Runyon. Her pride and joy extended to her grandchildren—Cayla Runyon (Blake), Mitchell (Illyana) Sunyak, and Hunter Bug Runyon (Antionette)—and her precious great-grandchild, Ryder Robinson. Nancy’s loving nature and infectious spirit also enriched the lives of her brother, Tod Moses, and sister, Pam Bollinger. She found great pleasure in being surrounded by the warmth and camaraderie of her friends at Grand Woodlands.

Nancy’s journey was marked by enduring relationships. She was preceded in death by her first husband, French Agee, and her second husband, Rusty Winstead.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate team at Summa Hospice for the exceptional care and kindness shown to Nancy during her final days.

Per her wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
