Paul Jay Stump Jr., 91, of Akron went home to be with the Lord, January 23, 2017. A life resident of the area, Paul retired from Lockheed Martin. He was a WWII veteran of the United States Army Air Corp., where he served in Europe. He was a member of V.F.W Post #3383 and American Legion Post # 566.
Preceded in death by his parents, Paul Sr. and Genevieve Warner Stump; he is survived by his beloved wife, Joyce; daughter, Sharon Stump of Denver , Colorado; step-son, David (Pam) Milazzo; step-daughter, Michelle Milazzo brother, William G. (Dorothy) Stump; dear cousin, Jane Lou Hughes.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service to be planned at a later date.. For those that wish, memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society of Susan G. Komen, 3624 W Market St, Akron, OH 44333.
