Terry L Tacchio

Terry L. Tacchio, 60, of Akron gained her wings and went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 11, 2025 after a brief illness with her family by her side. She was born on January 1, 1965 in Barberton, Ohio to late Howard and Margaret "Margie" (nee Dennis) Snyder. She was the middle child of seven children.

She had many joys in her life...One of her favorite things to do was to listen to her grandson's music. She loved spending quality time with her husband, daughter & grandchildren. Holidays were very important family time for her.

During her illness, she was visited by her family throughout and her husband & daughter took care of her and comforted her until the Lord called her home.

Terry is survived by her husband of more than twenty years, Ronald Tacchio; daughter, Kelly (Shawn) Mann; grandsons, Austin & Jacob; sister, Sandy (Thomas) Midcap; brother, Rodney (Barbara) Snyder, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Terry was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Magaret Snyder; brothers, David & Howard (Frank) Snyder; sisters, Tresa Snyder and Donna Walsh; nephew, Wesley, and cousin, Margaret (Sissy) Mullenix.

The family asks for plants instead of flowers so they can distribute them and continue to grow them in her memory.

Friends may call from 9-11 a.m. on Thursday December 18, 2025 at the Schlup-Pucak & Wilson Funeral Home, 788 Kenmore Blvd, Akron. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. at the Funeral Home with Pastor Terry Passmore officiating. Burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
